3. Purpose of the Website

This portal is designed to display police job opportunities, accept applications, collect required applicant details/documents, and facilitate registration fee payment where applicable.

4. Eligibility to Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to apply for the job. Applications may be rejected if eligibility criteria are not met or if incorrect information is provided.

5. Registration and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. If any false information is found, your application may be rejected and access may be blocked.

6. Application Process

All applications must be submitted through the online portal. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Recruitment decisions are solely made by Elite Softwares, Pune. The company may request additional verification at any stage.

7. Payment Terms (Cashfree Payment Gateway)

The portal may collect registration fees through Cashfree Payment Gateway. By making a payment, you agree that payment confirmation will be valid only after successful transaction status from Cashfree.

• Payment Confirmation: Payment is confirmed only after successful status received from Cashfree.
• Failed Transactions: If payment fails, do not retry multiple times without checking payment status.
• Gateway / Bank Issues: The portal is not responsible for failures due to bank server issues, network issues, UPI issues, or Cashfree downtime.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless mentioned otherwise by the Company.
• Refund (If Approved): If a refund is approved by the Company, it will be processed to the original mode as per Cashfree/bank timelines.
• Chargebacks: Any payment dispute raised without valid reason may lead to account suspension.

8. Data Privacy

Your personal information will be used only for recruitment purposes. Your data may be shared internally with the recruitment team of Elite Softwares, Pune. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, however no online platform is 100% secure.

9. Communication & Notifications

By using this portal, you agree that the Company may contact you via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email for recruitment-related communication, verification, job updates, and interview scheduling.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the portal for unlawful purposes. Uploading fake documents, providing false information, attempting unauthorized access, spamming, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in permanent account ban and legal action.

11. Website Availability

The portal may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, technical issues, or payment gateway downtime. The Company/Developer is not liable for any loss caused due to such downtime.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, layout, and portal structure are the property of Elite Softwares, Pune. Copying or reusing content without permission is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

This portal only provides a platform for recruitment processing. We are not responsible for selection outcomes, delays in response, rejections, external communication issues, or payment failures caused by banks/UPI/network.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the portal after changes means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
